Customer Review: Beautiful dress, great price
I bought this dress in ice blue for my 2nd wedding, as I wanted something beautiful but not a traditional wedding dress. An earlier reviewer mentioned that they had to have the bust altered- I did as well, and I am not small-busted by any means. The crinoline underneath is a bit itchy, and since I was having the hemline altered to be higher in the front than the back and didn’t really care about how full the skirt was, I had the seamstress I used cut the crinoline right out- when she did, she mentioned that normally dress manufacturers will put a lining underneath the crinoline so that it won’t be scratchy on your legs (this dress does not have the lining underneath the crinoline.)

The ice blue color is slightly darker than in the picture, but is really a pretty color. The material is a little thicker than some satins, so you may not need a bra…I wanted a little more support, so I had bra cups sewn into the bust. For women that are not as large busted, you may not need the bra cups. A nice touch also is the fact that the company sends a matching wrap (possibly a scarf or shawl?), that they don’t mention in the description.

All-in-all, a beautiful dress at a great price.

I received my order 4 days after the order was placed. I really like the dress. The quality is more than I expected for the price. The pin on the dress is really nice. I plan on doing some extras to the neckline of the dress to avoid having to wear a necklace.

I purchased it to wear to a formal 50th birthday celebration. The shawl is plain but I plan to dress it up a little, not sure what I am going to do but I have a few ideas. Thanks for being there at a time when money is stretched in soooo many different directions during this time.
